No Cash Required - No Caps on Funding
We have no arbitrary caps on the scope or size of a project. Our projects range from standard pre-sales preparation to remodeling kitchens, bathrooms and removing walls. If it will be profitable for the homeowner, we’ll do it! The owner pays us at close of escrow. There is no pre-set arbitrary cap on the size of projects. The project limit is determined by the combination of the existing home loan balance and the remodel project costs; the total project cannot exceed 70% of the after-renovation value.
